Open the seven rows and see what happened, what the evidence supports, who holds authority, and what remains safe to do.
FAB Meeting #1
Aftermath Case File
This is the working case file for what the first FAB meeting created. It preserves seven things worth resolving, five decisions that may deserve bounded executive attention, the evidence behind each, and a local record of what this browser does with them.
Carry one real case through the complete operating loop
Progress is earned by inspecting the actual records, reviewing the bounded decisions, exercising the contained seats, passing continuity replay, and exporting the handoff. No decorative completion credit is awarded.
One loaded case, not an empty platform
The public page opens with a sanitized reconstruction of the FAB aftermath. Private source files are optional and remain local to your browser.
One case, seven live administrative objects
Each object retains its own evidentiary force. The lines show shared custody inside the FAB aftermath case, not authority, assignment, or obligation.
The seven case objects
Each object is one event, offer, unresolved possibility, or system commitment that must retain its actual evidentiary force.
Use it in this order
You do not need to understand the architecture before using the case.
These are the only questions currently elevated for bounded executive attention. Clicking a disposition creates a local draft receipt only.
Exercise source custody, interpretation, relationship preservation, attention routing, execution preparation, verification, and continuity without finding seven people.
Use the successor packet to verify that another occupant can reconstruct the case from durable records rather than hidden memory.
Hash files locally to create source receipts. The page stores metadata and digest, not the source bytes, and sends no request.
The Activity & export view contains the append-only local receipts and the portable handoff controls.
Five words are enough
- Object
- One thing the case must preserve, resolve, monitor, or prepare.
- State
- What the available evidence currently supports, such as mentioned, offered, accepted, held, or completed.
- Seat
- A function the system must perform. It is a job description, not a named person.
- Receipt
- A local, timestamped record of an interpretation, disposition, test, source hash, or export.
- External effect
- An act that changes the real world, such as sending, scheduling, paying, publishing, accepting, or representing.
The browser can carry the administrative continuity
It can keep the source-linked aftermath coherent, show the right projection to each function, run the contained checks, and export a cold-start handoff. It cannot manufacture missing evidence, consent, or external authority.
The next
safe move.
Essential Attention keeps the case coherent, recommends one bounded action, and holds every external effect until real authority exists.
Useful work behind the first move
Records
Search and open the durable case records. Each begins with what happened, its current state, the next safe step, the authority boundary, and bounded scope.
Five bounded questions
The queue borrows the discipline of an enterprise record process: show the stage, key facts, consequence, safe progress, and next action without pretending that a browser click exercises organizational authority.
Bounded FAB review
The review seat receives the exact question, permitted evidence, purpose limit, and response modes. It receives no private source bytes or generalized member score.
Local FAB receipts
Contained functional runtime
Internal completion comes from information partitioning, explicit contracts, deterministic checks, and replay. A real person is required only when a real-world authority must be exercised.
Seven functions, one internal pass
The spine shows the order in which source, interpretation, relationship, attention, execution, verification, and continuity become a durable case record.
| Seat | Function | Need | Authority | Current result |
|---|
Execution queue
Successor replay
The replay passes only when a fresh occupant can reconstruct the goal, current state, authority, open branches, and next safe actions from durable records alone.
Replay receipts
Public summaries and private local intake
The committed page contains public-safe source descriptions only. Private bytes can be hashed locally and retained as metadata without transmission.
Hash source files in this browser
The page reads each selected file, computes SHA-256 with Web Crypto, and stores only filename, size, media type, timestamp, purpose, and digest. No request is sent.
Embedded public-safe manifest
Append-only local ledger
Every decision, advisory return, contained-seat run, replay, source intake, and firewall result is exportable. Clearing local state never rewrites the embedded cartridge.
Handoff
Run the internal check, prove a cold successor can reconstruct the case, then export the portable packet. The packet carries the work; it releases no outside effect.
Exercise all seven functions
Verify source custody, interpretation, relationship integrity, attention, execution preparation, verification, and continuity.
Test a cold handoff
Use the durable packet—not hidden memory—to recover the case, authority boundary, unresolved branch, and next safe action.
Carry the case elsewhere
Write the active cartridge, local receipts, source hashes, contained runs, and integrity digest into one portable JSON packet.
